The addition of lower door panels (as shown in the middle two images on a Buckingham dog cage) can also be added to any of our cages, including the Stratford and Sherwood dog cages. They may be worth considering as in many cars they can be of assistance for the dogs entering and leaving the vehicle and afford some protection for the paint work on the rear bumper.
Front escape doors can also be fitted into the dog cage. These are normally situated immediately behind the rear passenger seat. In the event of a rear end crash, the rear seats are dropped, the escape doors are removed and the dog exits though the side passenger door.
The escape doors are worth considering as an optional extra to your dog cage, as are key operated locks which can also be fitted to the doors on tailgates or cages.
Rubber matting can also be supplied for inside the dog cages or for the boot area of the car.
